Project Management

While at the Voyager Boatyard over the past 20 years I have managed many construction projects in steel and GRP.

Amongst many others these have included the following:-

* The steel fabrication of round bilge yachts up to 57 foot in length.

* The full construction and fitout of 6 commercial passenger vessels up to 85 feet in length with budgets up to £700,000 each. Each project has been taken from a blank drawing board stage to delivering the vessel to the operators home port, as far a-field as Poole, the Clyde, Loch Ness.

* The construction and campaigning of a 36 foot GRP racing yacht, including the Fastnet Race.

Many other projects such as setting up a storage and repair facility at the yard, building pontoons for the slipway, cradles for the yacht……
